Tracy has been providing therapy since 1992, working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across a wide range of concerns. She began her career supporting adolescents facing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, an experience that continues to inform her approach today. Tracy spent more than a decade helping individuals navigate addiction and recovery before pursuing additional training to expand her work in mental health. This combined background allows her to support clients with both substance use and mental health needs in an integrated, compassionate way. In 2010, Tracy founded Southbridge Counseling with a vision of providing thoughtful, personalized care. Since expanding into a group practice in 2016, they have continued to grow while maintaining a strong commitment to helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Tracy's Therapy Approach:
"I believe it takes courage and humility to ask for help. I see it as an honor to be asked into peoples' lives, their most vulnerable spaces. I offer support in many forms, whether as a teacher, coach, mentor, or simply a thoughtful sounding board, helping clients connect with their values and move toward their best selves. I believe people are doing the best they can with what they know, while also recognizing the value of support in gaining new perspectives, getting unstuck, and trying different paths forward. I work in partnership with my clients to define and explore their individual path."
