Southbridge Counseling Associates, formerly Schmidt Counseling Services Inc; is a private outpatient behavioral health clinic located in Savage, Minnesota, just south of the Twin Cities in the heart of the Minnesota River Valley. Our group of therapists provides mental health services to individuals, groups, and families.
We help adults, adolescents and children, (as young as 10), suffering from a wide variety of mental illnesses that include but are not limited to: Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Attention Deficit Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Mood Disorders, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Personality Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Sexual-Physical-Emotional Abuse, Substance-related Disorders, Dual Diagnosis, Sleep Disorders and Adjustment Disorders. We provide Dialectic Behavior Therapy services as well, both skills training groups and individual therapy services.
Our Office Manager will send you the link to fill out our Registration Packet that is required to be filled out before being seen at our clinic. We ask that you bring your insurance card and photo ID to your first session.
