Telehealth as an option

Here at Southbridge we have been using Telehealth technology for several years to expand our ability to serve your Mental Health needs. Recently, as COVID-19 has affected our clientele, we have expanded this to providing our DBT group services. Here are the most important points for you to know:

We have staff members who are certified to provide this form of service.
We use a hybrid model of service provision, depending on the situation. During Stay Safe Plan we are using it exclusively.
We use telehealth for individual sessions.
Our telehealth provider Google meets and is HIPAA compliant. The name of our system is SecureVideo.
Many of our clients have co-existing medical problems that require protection of their immune systems. In the past we have used this model to allow them to participate fully in group therapy without immune compromise.
Our clients tell us that they benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid system of in-person sessions and telehealth options.
