Meditation is simply making a choice to focus your mind on something.To become more aware of what it is you are focused upon. I teach this through the use of mindfulness skills starting with observing, describing, and participating, these are skills that speak to what we are doing. How we go about being mindful is to practice being non-judgemental, stay in the moment and do ONLY one thing, focusing on what works. In theory this is easy, practice is a bit harder.
